    NOT UV Compact Fluorescent, Safe?

Thanks for reply. To be honest I’ve been using the type of bulb for two years and didn’t realize that it was a type of compact bulb until it went out yesterday and I had to buy a new one. My tort has maintained roughly the same weight with small growth for the past two years. He’s actually being...

    NOT UV Compact Fluorescent, Safe?

I know there are discussions about how compact and coil fluorescent UV bulbs can be potentially dangerous to torts, but what about a compact fluorescent bulb that is strictly for lighting only, and has no UV emitted? I uploaded a picture. Thanks for the help! :)

    Can he eat it?

Yea, I believe that the koalas ancestors were so lazy that they just say up in the eucalyptus tree and ate the leaves. The ones who couldn't take it died. After millions of years koalas have evolved and now are the only animal (I believe) that can eat eucalyptus

    Dangerous Food?!?!?

I am starting to incorporate more natural things into my torts diet. He is a Russian. He doesn't always like the weeds so I generally mix a little bit of store bought food with it so that he gets at least a few mouth fulls. Right now tons of the plants and weeds are in bloom. After identifying...
