My box turtle I've had for close to 50years!

I was in a pet store today and they had green snakes for sale. The clerk had me hold one, it seemed really nice. Does anyone have one and for how long have they had it and do they make good pets? I've heard they can stress easily.

I would love to share photos of my turtles on here but can't figure out how to do it. It will be from the gallery on my phone. Any suggestions?
