Hi!
My husband is an artist and he sculpts, moulds, casts and paints collectible resin toys. One of his newest is the "Sulcatank". We happen to have a REAL sulcata friend (Josette) of our own, ofcourse...hence the inspiration! :)
Thought maybe some of you would be interested. He is planning...
Actually, an elbow tattoo isn't ideal. The very tip of your elbow will rub off...unless you could strategically put a skin colored acute there. Also, the elbow is one of the absolute most painful places to get a tattoo!! Hope that wouldn't be your first!

Skin colored scute...not acute.
I think it depends what you are trying to say with this tattoo. Are you saying, " I love tortoises" or are you saying "I love this tortoise." If it's the latter, include the pyramiding. If it's the former, I would want an excellent example of the species.
I do think the pyramided one could...
Willow and Homer. Homer (black) will be 14 years old in March. He is a mix of who knows what. He looks like a tiny black lab. Very smart, easy dog. Willow (brindle) is a mix of something (shelter said staffie, vet says boxer). She is almost a year old. She is my redemption dog. We didn't do an...

I think corn snakes are an excellent starter reptile because they have a low set up cost, they are easy to handle and they eat once a week (except babies). Beardies and BTS are great, but I think the responsibility factor is high...They eat everyday, you have to vary their diet, check bulbs and...
I did raise dubias for a while, but ended up with more than what I needed. Now I just order from www.buydubiaroaches.com
I always get extra and they are always alive!
I can attest to their destructiveness. Ours was planted in the backyard in 1968. It's huge and lovely and makes the backyard liveable during the summer...but we are forever having plumbing issues. We have a fruitless mulberry and it puts out these little worm looking "flowers" in the spring...
