Another pen addition

Today I start work on my 8'×10' pen addition for my new sub adult female RF. I'm gonna keep them separated until I'm sure she isn't diseased...pictures later today.

It's been 10 mins already. Where them pics at??!!??

There wont be much today to take pics of except stakes in the ground and the existing pen.

Ok. I got very busy. Ended up a 6'×6' addition.

The whole pen with the gate open is a continuous 20' long and 8' wide. The last 6' is 6' wide. This is for my adult 4 year old RF male and soon the addition of my new 3 year old RF female after quarantine is over. 5 dog houses and burrows. Including a heated doghouse. A pond and three types of substrate and shaded and sunny areas. Also, edible plants. This weekend, I'll landscape the outside parameter. They should be very comfortable. The cost of the addition was about $50.

I use fence stakes pounded into the ground. About $2.50 each. Pressure treated wood "pickets" are about $2 each and then The 1.25" deck screws to hold it all together. No cement pad flooring this time I found that it's not required. My 7.5 inch adult male doesn't dig at all.

More pics. In the photos the structures look super sized. My male is really dwarfed by it all. At 4 years old, he's not really large yet.
