A Photo Of My Tortoise

Hi everyone. I FINALLY managed to get a photo of my BELOVED tortoise, hoping it is clear. Would you please tell me:
1) what species it is
2) whether it is a male or a female
3) its age

I hope that those who said it's a water turtle are NOW convinced that is is NOT!
I would indeed appreciate an answer to the above questions, particularly as far as hibernation is concerned as Winter is very near,

There is no way to know its age if its hatch date is unknown. To sex it, we'd need to see its tail.

In other words, get someone to photograph his underside.

That's one good looking tort.

I think Your tortoise is a spur thighs (Greek) tortoise. I don't know the age though.

The tortoise looks young, but full grown. I also think its a Greek. We'll need to see the tail to know the sex.

Looks Greek to me, a Syrian Greek maybe? Looks a lot like mine

Im saying its a Greek... And I believe its a Syrian.... I still want someone to confirm it, since I'm not the best a ID'ing.
