I bought a bag of lettuce mix, spinach (I don't feed the tortoise), baby chard (feed the tortoise but he seems to dislike it), lamb's lettuce (I feed and he loves it) and red coral which I am unsure about. In addition I put cat's ears and fresh clover from my garden into the tortoise table and he avoids them. I have more weeds in the garden but I need help identifying them.

Your Russian (horse field) will have to grow to like these items. You can try finely cutting up the new items and sprinkle it on top of the preferred food. Eventually you'll cut it into not as small pieces and your Russian MAY like it. There's a website just for Russians in google. Here it is

Coral lettuce should be fine.

Thank you both of you and thank you for the tips on how to get him to eat the baby chard, it actually worked this morning!
