UVB watt?

I plan on getting a hermann soon but am wondering what size/watt UVB bulb should I have? I also plan on growing some broadleaf greens for my friend so should I place the bulb by the plants, or is there a preferred area? And are black lights necessary for night time warmth? Just cross checking my info thanks!

Id get a repti sun 10.0 for a hermanns that's what I use, the tube not the compact ones! The compact ones can cause eye problems. But ya id go for 10.0 over the 5.0 but either repti sun or repti glo is fine! Or you can go mercury vapour to have heat an uvb all in one but i like it better to have them seperate more flexibility! An you could grow under the light or in a south facing window

Oh an no the black light isn't needed for night unless your temps drop really low like below 60, it's actually better to have the temp drop a bit at night like it would in nature
