I've never seen bittercress in person, but your picture sort of looks like pictures I've seen of it. If that's what it is, then its edible. Its supposed to have a very strong radish taste. Give it a try.

You're right, it does look like watercress. I just googled it.
Is it odd that it's growing along the foundation of my house near the huge ac units?

So I tasted it, it tasted like green leaves lol. Nothing very strong tasting and nothing gross or odd about it. Certainly didn't taste peppy like a radish. Interesting.
