Some tortoises seem to make clicking sounds sometimes when eating, some do it when they have something stuck between the overlapping areas of upper and lower jaws, sometimes it can be one of the symptoms of a respiratory infection.
Is he otherwise active, healthy and normal ? No problems with breathing, bubbles from the nares or eye problems ?

He does seem to be sleeping more than usual but he's eating normally and when he's out he seems to be himself but iv only noticed the clicking this last couple is days if there was something stuck in his jaw will he get it out himself or how would I be able to look and see.

I doubt it's that and when it has happened to mine it seems to come out by itself after a few minutes.
I wouldn't worry, just make sure your temps, humidity and so on are fine and keep an eye on the situation for a few days.

I use coir myself. I don't spray it, i prefer having moist warm coir with a drier top layer so I pour water directly into the coir and mix it in by hands and pack it down, bit mucky but does a better job. I don't change it, Just spot clean, take out dirty bits and top it up when necessary. It doesn't mold or go off.

this is a mystery, I can not wait to find out what it is, I have had babies before, never heard any click, hiss yes but click... there is only explanation i can think of: the jaws are clicking at the hinge - not good, could be a dislocated jaw. another i could think of is the two bony beak parts - upper and bottom - are not the right size perhaps for some reason and are click when the jaws open and close at each other, which is also not good... but i am hoping your baby is all fine and is just trying to communicate with you via Morse code:) as long as he is active and eats - he is fine:)
p.s. do not spray anything on top, the top layer needs not to be wet to the touch, prevent the shell rot:)
