My daughter and son-in-law are into chickens / ducks. Agree with @Yvonne G that 100° is the right temp. Muscovy take about 35 days - a bit longer than others. Most I've seen recommend turning at least 4x per day. Auto turning incubators used professionally turn hourly.

Not even a single, ruffled feather.
I found some hot dog buns out by the sidewalk.
Someone's attempt at feeding those flying garbage cans?
If this comes up as reality for you in the future, somewhere in the depths of my memories I can remember that the eggs also need to be sprinkled daily with water, cause, you know, they're DUCK eggs and ducks tend to be wet on the underside. Also, a handy thing to keep in mind, ducks are all dark meat. Just sayin'…

Elsewhere I understand that Muscovy are prized as food ducks.
The last time I was out in Vegas, I saw Muscovy on the menu at our restaraunt.
Boy, if you lived with these horrible birds as long as I have, you would never knowingly eat them.
Though I probably have at a few Chinese restaurants.
They taste pretty good.
