This oddball plant is in my yard and I'm woundering if it will hurt my soon to come tortoises, it's starts growing green then as it gets bigger turns a reddish green.
What is this odd plant?

It might be Virginia creeper, but I'm not sure

I thought that at first too, but it's leaves are more maple leaf shaped then oval. Here's a better picture of the leaves.

No, sadly I do not believe that is it
Right. The last pic does show a different aspect. Not like Campsis.
Please post a photo of the flower when it appears.
