Is This a Good Enclosure?

Hi I have an almost 7 year old Russian Tort that is in a fairly large enclosure, I take him out to exercise outside in clovers and grass in my back yard. I sometimes when it's cold or dark outside bring him in my basement to play and roam. (Is that wrong?) He really likes to "burrow" into the area between my shoulder and neck when I am lying on the couch. HE LOVES IT SO MUCH!!! Anyway please tell me what you think of his enclosure... Thanks!

By the way his enclosure was dim because I was turning off all of his lights for the night.
