So Muddie (a yellow mud turtle) hasn't eaten since July 4. I took her to the vet (Dr. Greek in Yorba Linda) and she got a clean bill of health. X-rays and a physical show she is a healthy turtle that doesn't want to eat. Muddie isn't egg impacted and doesn't have any weird fluids coming out of her. She's very alert and her shell is in good condition. I've been advised to watch her weight and bring her back in if it falls too much. They'll test her blood and fluids then. Very nice, clean friendly place.

Dr. Greek is a great reptile vet plus his prices are reasonable. :)

@Carol S - I gave your name as a referral. I like how he gives you the options available for treatment and then leave the decision to you.
