Sorry for my bad english. I come from Indonesia.
I have been thinking to get a baby sulcata. Still havent got one, because i want to prepare everything first.
I read @Tom thread about the list of sulcata food, but i cant get much, so i collect what i can get, some is not in the list, and this make me wonder is it safe for sulcata especially the baby. This is all i can get. So here it is. Please help me to identify the plants, i dont know what they are, and whether they are good or not. Remember i am talking about baby sulcata.

Another questions are:
What is the right portion for the baby to eat? Make it a ratio to his body or what? What is the ratio? How many times?
How I mix this plant for the baby? Just chop all together everyday, or one kind one day?
With all this, do i need mazuri? Do i need calcium? I will throw a cuttlebone inside the enclosure though.

Thank you for the help, and sorry for the bad english.

The grape leaves, hibiscus, grass, opuntia cactus and rosella are all excellent foods. #4 is not a good food, and I don't know about the rest.

You should feed your tortoise as much as it wants daily. I don't think it matters if you feed one food one day and another the next, or if you mix it all up daily. They can be picky, so I think its generally good to do a mixture with small ones so that they eat some of their least favorites along with their favorites. When they get bigger it won't matter because they will eat everything in sight.

How about rosella flowers? I think it's a bit stiff isnt it?

Finally i am able to identify one of those plants above. I am posting the information here hopefully it can help people.
No 9 is tridax daisy. Not edible.
This is from wikipedia.
Tridax procumbens, commonly known as coatbuttons[1] or tridax daisy, is a species of flowering plant in the daisy family. It is best known as a widespread weed and pest plant. It is native to the tropical Americas but it has been introduced to tropical, subtropical, and mild temperate regions worldwide. It is listed as a noxious weed in theUnited States and has pest status in nine states.[2]
