Look like some growth or rot ( my guess )

Try to pry it out with some very sharp pointy object ( pick dentist use )

Do that and let me know , I try to advise from there .

I basically scrubbed it off using toothbrush.

Any wound visible or worst case bleeding from the where the growth is before ?

Try to apply something to cover the " wound " aloe Vera gel or sort .

No wound nor bleeding spotted. just dry hole. Had apply some silver sulfadiazine on those tiny hole..
