I currently have a Tropical 25...15 watt T8-BP as my UVB light. Is that ok? Oh I have 4 month old Sulcata Tortoise.

Not familiar with that one. Is it a tube or a cfl?

The only way to know if it is producing adequate UV at tortoise level is to put a good UV meter under it.

During the summer months, I like to sun my babies in a safe outdoor enclosure for an hour or two a few times a week. Be very careful that your baby doesn't over heat outside. I always give them a 20-40 minute soak when I bring them back in.

It's a tube. Do you recommend using a CHE with the humid hine?

This depends on your temperatures and your enclosure. It is generally a good idea to have a CHE controlled by a thermostat to maintain the correct ambient temps day and night for a hatchling of any tropical species.
