how do you start a new conversation/thread?

and how do u start a conversation, not just reply?

I can only give instructions for computers, as I don't have any kind of electronic device like cell phone or whatever.

To start a thread, first go to the Forum home page and scroll down to the subject you want to talk about. Let's say - "Introductions". Click on "Introductions." When that screen comes up, you'll see a green button towards the top right that says, "post new thread." click on that. When that screen comes up, just write something in the "thread title" then tab to the body and type in your question or story. When finished click on "post reply."

To start a private conversation, up in the right corner hover your mouse over 'in box.' When the menu drops down, click on "start a new conversation." Type in the username of the person you want to talk to, then tab down to the spot for "conversation title" and type in a title. Then just type your message and hit send.
