The banding of my dads start to split. Is that due to lack of nutrition or it's just normal?

Anyone knows reason for banding to split

It is normal john. Adult rad may not have bandings at all

See answer same as what I reply in PM !! R are real surprises - like Koi fish when 6" they seems to have huge potential and price accordingly but it could grow up as nothing .

But some dull uncolourful R could catch up as they age . While some moderately nice patterned R turning pretty dark .

I read about a question somewhere ( some other forum maybe ) - about have you seen a very old R with smooth scutes that's super hi-yellow ?

This one the best I have seen in Internet - old , smooth scutes ( max growth already ) pretty yellow .

Trust me your R is beyond nice already. Very high domed and relatively nice bandings too.

Relieved.... What worries me is their health. If banding had nothing to do with their health. I'm more than happy... I'm just too panaroid

That dark guy is in KK too or that's where I send it ( resold or not that I don't know )

Very nice shape

Wondering what's the outcome from this 2 super dark rads. It will be amaze if they breed one super high . Possible though, negative negative becomes positive
