Over here they are almost evergreen all year round so it's super easy to grow .

But I prune hard everytime I harvest for my herd and usually every 6-8weeks I can harvest again . Except for maybe 2-3 mths of dry period with reduced rain .

All morus need free draining soil if you don't already know all else I don't specially treat them , but those not in the enclosure are given some 8.8.8. of fertilizer so they have bigger greener leaves .

Yes if my memory serves me right it has a certain marking! So good to know he's with such good hands! Any photos of it now?

Thank you

That marking was actually nail polish or sort - I removed it when I got him .
He was named " papaya " by the guy who bought it off you !

Why papaya ? of all food offered he liked papaya best says my friend . It was not gaining weight for awhile and he was worried so he exchanged him for another one of similar size with me .

Will make some pictures of him when I find out which one he is . I bought quite a few of them from 2006-2008 ( need to check records and scanned their chip to confirm )

Cheers
Sam

You are absolutely right. The new owner did tell me he had a bad time getting him to feed. And only realized he had the appetite for papayas only.
