My baby star!!
![]() He/she hatched on the 29th August, and has been home with me for 2days now. I'm so happy he is home, but it is also so stressful, I worry constantly!! |

RE: My baby star!!
Very cute. Congrats. It's hard not to worry I know. However, if you have done your research homework and you have the set up correct, you shouldn't have a problem.

RE: My baby star!!
Thank you
![]() And 10 stars!! Wow!! A whole constellation I can see how they are addictive though. I have spent ages sitting and watch sheldon, even though most of that time he's asleep!!Keep calling sheldon a he, though the breeder suspects actually female. |

safari_lass1 Wrote:Either way, what a pretty baby Thank you very much! ![]() It's a 36" long x 18" wide vivarium. Obviously I intend to upgrade this as the little one grows! I have a T5 Arcadia slimline luminaire UV, an Arcadia 75watt basking lamp on a dimmerstat, and a 75watt reptile radiator on a pulse stat for ambient/night heating. The substrate is coco coir, with an area of fir bark chips over the cool end where the water dish is. There is a humid hide too, with coco coir and sphagnum moss. |
