Grazing..
is grazing instinctive or a learned behavior? I have grass in the enclosure and Tiny doesnt seem to bother with it, so was wondering if this is something he will eventually do. He is 5 years old btw ( or so I was told)

It's natural. Some don't like grass.

Testudo species such as your Greek rarely, if ever eat grasses. They prefer dark green, broad leaf plants (weeds).
