Do you think it is possible to grow:
White Dutch Clover,
Black Knapweed,
Globe Thistle,
And Goats Beard from a seed like this?
Any suggestions?

I don't see why not. They are like mini greenhouses.

Haha thanks. I hope it works. Im still learning about growing weeds...lol. Do you think I could use something like BONEMEAL to fertilize, or would this be harmful to a hungry tortoise?

All the plants u have mentioned, with the exception of the clover have a deep tap root and will need transplanting. Looks like a very creative way to start seeds though. I transplant my seedlings to 4" plastic pots. Once the plants are big enough I bury the pot in the substrate and presto! Tasty decorations for your tort. The clover has a shallow root and will probably grow in those trays.

My indoor enclosure does not have direct window sunlight, and fall - winter is here. Once these grow will UVB tube lights be enough to continue growth?

If you have a florescent tube over the plants as u should for your torts. The plants should get enough light to grow, provided they are established before you put then in there. Keeping the torts from destroying them is the challenge.

Thank you. Im going to grab an extra fluorescent light for my plants today. Just so I can adjust them, my tortoise lights are pretty set where they are
