Yeah, that's the rocking part but then it's like she gets nerve spasms sometimes and she just twitches. . I also noticed something else yesterday, the scales on her face are peeling/flaking. Any advice on what could be wrong?

She could be getting to much protein in her diet so you could always look at the nutritional breakdown of what your feeding her, that might help. :)

What kind of tortoise do you have?

You might try switching him to a primarily collards diet for a while, I know it's really high in calcium so that might help. :)

I moved Tinsel into a bigger tank last night and lowered the temperatures a bit. She is now up moving around, not sitting in her water anymore, and ready for breakfast :) thank you guys for all your help

In the co In the cool spot it's usually about 80 but last night it drop to mid to lowish 70 which is way to low I know but I'm have some trouble regulating the temperatures and keeping them up where it's really warm

When we put the new one in I actually sat and made sure that she could get in and out okay, we also watched her really close for the first day or two and she seems to do fine

OK :) that's exactly what she's doing. When I went to bed last night she was in her water. I woke up this morning and found her still there asleep.
