I think this that makes 1257. But please, just do the addition yourself! Just use n+x=y, where n is the current total, x is the number of tortoises you have, and y is the total after you add yours. It's not hard!

Just don't heat up a knife that you will want to use for anything else, because you will ruin the temper of the blade. (basically it make the steel soft and it will not hold an edge well) I'd go with the tin snips. You will find countless uses for them with other things as well.
