Happy Easter to All. Old Timers in the CDR will recognize my hand-carved Bunnies from a few years ago. The newly dyed eggs are from this morning.

Mostly all daffodils Ray.

More Spring flowers jumping from our front garden…a few more days and all of the Cherry trees in Washington will be blooming.

Here we are, the end of February, and I've already spotted a handful of dandelions in bloom. Of course we have daffodils and crocus, but dandelions already!

Snowdrops continue to stretch their legs. Finally some sunny days. Spring is just around the corner. we have a few hundred of these cheery flowers blooming.

Yikes…..it was 7F on early Monday morning & today it is 70F (21C). Crazy temps. Garden is soggy soggy soggy. Tons of rain coupled with all the melted snow. Happy weekend to all. Enjoy!

Finally, after a two year drought of “snow” (1 inch or more), we finally have a winter. So far, about 3 inches.

How long do you have your lights set on for? Right now we just crossed shortest “day” of the year and daylight will get longer each day. Your tort is programmed by this. You need to mimic “summertime” both in temperatures and day length.
