Took an old Thomas the Tank Engine table, reinforced it, and added a top. Being in Florida gives me great hummidity (but installed a mister using the Mister Timer to run during the hotter part of the day: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0071CVF18/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20). Still adding a few more plants, but getting there.

Brilliant! May I ask what's the size of it?

It's 32" x 50" and 18" deep. I have about 5 inches of substrate:top soil base, coco coir top and then some Orchid bark in places to provide some different surfaces. Substrate is deeper in areas to give some variation - little hills and gradients for him to climb.

You did a great job on that. Is that the elongated in there or the YF? Its a real beauty of a habitat.

Thanks, a little bit of work but worth it. This is for the YF, he's much younger so was comfortable with this size for him.

Thanks, added a few extra plants to provide some additional shade/hiding places.

hi there. are you still keeping your open enclosure type? what is the ambient humid and temp there?

i'm in Florida and keep it outdoors under a covered patio - so it got standard daily temps and humidity for central Florida with the luxury of some built in shade during the hottest part of the day, and a mister that I ran at 11am so as to increase humidity under the plants etc during the hottest part of the day as well.
