Hi! I was wondering if i get a open topped tortoise enclosure, would my cat mess with it. Like climb in it, poop or pee in it, knock things over, and mess with my tort. I have a full grown cat and a kitten. Would they mess anything up? Thanks!

Cats have been known to use the substrate as a litter tray, knock things about, bask in the warmth, but usually not mess with the tort, they are not as dangerous as dogs, it would seem. However, there was an incident a while back when a cat had someone's tort's eye out. And their hair is a danger if ingested.
Best cover the enclosure if you can, or keep the cats out of the room if possible.

Tortoises LOVE to eat cat poop.
There is a danger with any parasites or medication that you cat has in its system.
Be careful that any lights or heating can't be knocked by your cat and cause a fire or a burned pet.
Like @Tidgy's Dad said. It'd be best to keep the cat away....And any other animal as well.
