This lady and her son reached out to me, saying they would like to rehome their female Russian tort. Of course I said yes, but when I unboxed her, I found out she was a he! My type of luck. There was no way I was going to ruin my ratio, but there's no way I'd be upset about a new tort.I have this guy in one of my outdoor cages as a temporary holding spot until I can get motivated enough to build him his own bachelor pad. He shipped in in good condition

Hmmm its possible it could be female. That tail is not very long compared to my male. However it's not all that short either.
Ruff plastron and beak need a trim?
