~5 y.o. Russian Tortoise *No Rehoming fee - Just need to provide a good habitat*

Hello!

I got a russian tortoise (named Stephen) around 4 years ago when he was about a year old. I unfortunately was not very researched on the subject but I did my best to provide a good home for him. I am about to move to another state for medical school and I think it would be best for me and my tortoise to rehome. I want to make sure he is in a safe and healthy habitat. Please let me know if anyone is interested. I am located in the Summerlin area but would not mind commuting for the right home.
