I haven't had the best luck with my 2 Redfoots. I would rather surrender them knowing they are going to do better and live a better life. Does anyone know any places closest to the Bay Area where I can surrender my RFs.

My tortoise is doing better I think, but not doing 100%. He can open his eyes now, moves a bit more, and eats but not a lot. Should I just keep it up with the baby food and pedialyte soaks until he's 100% better and eating and moving like normal?
